✅ Eligible for Refunds/Returns If:

  • Item(s) are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • Return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You received a wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods

❌ Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

  • Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items showing signs of use, alteration, or wear

🔁 Exchange Option:

  • You can request a size or item exchange with same price or higher

  • Exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
