1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp after payment.

2. How do I know my size?

Check our Size Guide available on each product page. If you're unsure, feel free to DM us for personalized sizing advice.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

You can request changes within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting us directly. Once shipped, the order can’t be changed or canceled.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes! We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible. Visit our Return Policy for full details.

5. How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders (Indonesia): 1–5 working days
International orders: 7–14 working days
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or public holidays.
